Claim
1 of the “Slide to unlock patent” involves the introduction of the method using
touch-sensitive display, along with its first set of primary factors. The first factor of the method is the act of
an initial touch to an “unlock image.” This claim goes on to explain that after
this initial contact is made, the act of sliding the image while maintaining
contact is protected in this patent. In
addition, claim 1 concludes with defining that this sliding act moves from a
specific location to a predetermined “unlock region.”

ReplyDeleteVery interesting position you took on the slide to unlock patent and the design surrounding it. I feel as if the details surrounding the slide-to-unlock patent is due to the high demand of other phone producers willing to take their technology. Would you agree?
